[Resolved] Dotzot — delaying the delivery by false reasons | |||||
The dotzot should need to delivery the item on 28th nov and updated the status that customer address is wrong and not reachable, when i noticed this reason immediately communicated them and they said there is no delivery boy today so we postponed it to tomorrow, so i asked; that is all fine but why this reason mentioned where as am keenly waiting for the delivery at home. Again today the same reason updated and saying you were not reachable and they now supporting their delivery boy where as no one visited my place even not closed a door at least for a minute.
