[Resolved] Dotzot — not delivered message

I ordered boutique kelp shampoo through biotique online portal. They had send me this order via dotzot service. After 7 days
I got message like "not delivered because customer not available". I am staying in home only all the days. How they can send me like this without contacting me?

Please resolve this or else take serious action regarding this.
