[Resolved] Dotzot — order not delivered to me but in tracking it shows delivered..

I had booked order from shop clue tracking number is[protected]. Order not delivered to me but your web tracking shows order delivered to me. Not any delivery person contacted me. Shop clue says wait for 17 sep 18. Then i will take legal action against courier service.
