Hi I have ordered my product from competitive sports but my order was not delivered to me n the reason given was that the address given was not a valid one, I have been ordering online from as many sites as I could remember and none had an issue, it was very annoying to be waiting for your product for so long n then get a reply such as that, I urge you guys to take this seriously n avoid losing customers for such petty reasons.

I expected to receive a parcel with tracking no.[protected] from dotzot. It was dispatched on sept.02, 2016 and can see it reached bangalore on 10th september. But it is not delivered me till now. It contains medicines. I need this medicines urgently. Please help me.
