I have visited dr Batras branch No 1E & 1E/2, 227/1A, Gardenia Homes AJC Bose Road, Minto Park, opposite La Martiners School, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, am an independent student, work for my basic essentials needs I was having an skin disease they charged me 15000rs paid via credit card emi divided into 9 months for it .it’s been almost 5 months I am paying my emi’s but it doesn’t work i.I go each month once at a time but during this 5 months the doctor who was diagnosing me she wasn’t there for two months when I ask them where is she .she was out somewhere the main topic is am not at all satisfied with the treatment I want my refund of 4 months I don’t wish to continue, #indianconsumer will help me out from this mess being an rightful citizen of India I have my full rights to claim it #indianconsumercomplaints.in please help from #drbatraskolkata my client id is 7585785
