Dr Fixit — Raise complaints but absolutely no response, complete unprofessionalism

I had taken their water proofing services but the service done was not analyzed properly and hence was incomplete, hence I had raised complaint to make them analyze the water problem in my home and complete the work. But they did not complete the task even after repeated follow ups. It's been more than 45 days and complaints is still open. I am fed up of these people who take lakhs of money but dont give service properly.
