I purchased two plots from dream homes way back in 2013-14. Post that we had paid 30k for "l" shaped compound and another 30k for dtcp approval. They didn't do anything at all and kept delaying things by saying something or the other. They were not returning the money either. When i went to their office in 2018 and confronted them, their manager by name murali spoke to me and assured that it will be done within dec 2018 else the money will be refunded. Their md sastri babu is another big cheat. After collecting the money he wud just switch off his mobile or wud just block the number. After murali we spoke to many people like senthil kumar, akash and uday.. All of them just keep calling to ask for more money. On 29th may 2020 akash called and said that we will have to pay another 10k more and the dtcp approval will be in our hands by 5th june 2020. Despite not having money, i somehow arranged by taking loan from friends and relatives and transferred the money. After that uday has just blocked the number. I sent him watsapp messages and he isn't responding to that. Even senthil kumar isn't responding to watsapp msgs. He has blocked the number too. I've attached the photos o[censored]day.
