Dream Homes Property Developers — Dtcp approval not responding.

I have paid 50000rs for dtcp approval.
They called me that buyer is ready for that dtcp is required.
I paid them on 18th March 2021.
Udayan & shastri Babu not responding.
I bought a land from them in Mailam on 2010 dream homes in dream city.
Pls help
