Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited — Credit Card Payment of Rs. 44330 sent to another card by Cred App

I am a Serving Soldier of Indian Army. On 08 July 2023 I made a Payment of Rs. 44, 330/- of my SBI Pulse Credit Card through your Cred App like most of time I do. The verification of Rs. 1 (Rupees One only) done by Cred App of my same credit card and I was relax by thinking that I have done the payment of my card successfully but on 15 of July 2023, I have received a call from SBI credit card team they said that "they did not received any payment and they fined me with 5000/- rupees", I said I paid the same on 08 July 2023 but they said they did not received any payment. Thereafter I checked my Cred App and i found that there is now not only my two card but one more card is there and that is SBI BPCL Credit card on my name, I was shocked and I immediately call to SBI Credit Card customer care and tell them the whole story and asked about the new card by providing last four digits of card visible in Cred App but SBI Credit card customer support executive said that, there is not card issued by them to me with the details I provide them and they also did not received any payment against my cards.
