Dreamz GK Infra Bangalore — Poor customer relationhip

Hi i have booked a flat with dreamz infra sangam project at silk board initially i had a visit, the sales executive spoke very well regarding their services and showed all their projects.But i had decided to go with dreamz sangam project.I paid the initial amount through cheque(5L) and the remaining of 50% of the amount of the flat through another cheque in one month time and got the MOU signed signed from them after alot of struggle from them.But after the payment they are not providine me the allotment letter of the flat number i have been contacting the CRM but there is no response.Kindly advice me how to proceed further in this regard
