[Resolved]  Dreamz Infra — Cheque bounce and settlement

I am Subhajit Roy. I have booked a property with dreamz on its project Dreamz Sarovara, silk board on May, 2012 on 50% downpayment option. After constant follow up with the CRM s and managers from Dreamz it is seen that even the land is registered in the builders name. Finally after a long wait i have decided to cancel the booking so i went for cancellation. They have given 5 post dated cheques of an equated amount. Continously all the cheques bounced. Currently after all issuance of cheques 12 cheques has bounced and i am not able to recover anything from the builder. I would suggest dear folks don't see the price and go for a dream home invest or else your dreams will be never ending dream which will never allow you to sleep in winter nights as well. regards, Subhajit Roy [protected]
