Same thing happ wt me.. I booked a flat in dreamz sampoorti after hearing wrong promises from the sales team and deposited 1lakh which was immediately withdrawn next day. I then figured out they didnt had even acquired the land and there was no question of starting the construction within next few months and so went ahead and cancelled the booking..

After 15 days they gave me cheque of 1lakh of 4 month later date.. After submitting after 4 months, it BOUNCED and bank has already charged me a fine.. Now trying to reach the cancellation department, the CRM team of dreams and there is no proper response..

I am having a tough time in getting my money back from Dreamz GK.
I had made an advance payment of Rs. 2, 00, 000.00 towards purchase of an apartment. Since the project got cancelled, I got a cheque for Rs. 2, 20, 000.00 along with interest amount. Upto here it is fine.
The problem started when I presented my cheque. It got bounced 4 times. There is no answer from the persons who promised me that the cheque will be cleared.
I am really fed up with this. Hence I have finally decided to seek help legally.

We filed case in court. case should be filed with in 15 days of check bonce. otherwise court will not accept the complient.

make it fast .Dreamz infra is a fraud.

I had booked a flat in Swagat project.When i booked sales team told approval is waiting and within one month construction will start but after 1.5 yrs also no improvement.Every time i use to get same wordings from every CRM that next month construction will start.but not happened anything.Every month new CRM .At last i had cancelled the flat ant they had given post dated check and it was around 3.5 months and when i asked about it, accountant told it is not 90 days but 90 working days. After these also all checks bounced and when contact the accountant Mr.Deepak said our all banks account closed and we need minimum 45 days to clear it. From Dec 2014 to today I am not able to collect my money. In between they are giving new cheques and that bounced and same story continuing till today. I am deciding to go for legal notice.
