I am Kapil. In Apr 2012, I booked a flat in SNEH project(Front block) of Dreamz Infra.
I paid complete 100% ie 20lacs, my hard erned money, complete savings so far;
As per MoU, Sales Agreement, they are supposed to complete it in 18 months and after grace period of 4 months,
they were supposed to pay the rent from that time onward as per market rate. No construction started in Sneh -front block.
They had not started paying rent. Not even honouring the written clauses in MoU. They dont care their customers after getting their money.
They had used my money for 3 year. Now, I am paying rent for my living and my 20 lacks are being used by Dreamz Infra.
It has never been a happy and peace of mind on booking flat with Dreamz Infra. This company have damaged drastically my desire to get my own house.
I can never buy a house since Costs are rising up and my money is held with them
I cancelled my booking, and now I am struggling to get my money back.
Dreamz Infra provided me Axis Bank(Koramangala branch) cheques (No:363084 to 363092) payble from 10Apr to 29Apr2015.
All the cheques submitted have got bounceddue to insufficient fund.
Dreamz infra provided me again the Bank of India(a/c no: [protected]; SSI branch)cheques no 457575 to 457588 payble from 30Apr to 5June2015
with an assurance letter that these will be cleared and failing with that they will issue DD.
Again, first chq(30Apr) was returned due to insufficient fund, then Amarnath the accountant asked me to present again the same chq and assured to clear it.
And in 2nd attempt of chq clearing, the chq is bounced again. They can not be trusted. Their business practices are based on cheating customers.
I am seeing many such complaint in this forum, there are lots to share by many such victims, please dont be silent, lets discuss actively
on [protected]@gmail.com, and plan for common action on it.

You dont want to loose your peace of mind, pls dont get trapped with their offer and cheap rates, at every step they will be trying to cheat you.
Based on my experience, they dont even bother the written promises done in MoU. There is no fair working style of this company. Was this information helpful? |
