Please be careful before you book a flat dont believe their words ask for documents proof no bbmp approval they are asking for 50% advance You can easily identify them by seeing their mobiles number ends with 111 I have booked a flat and applied for cancellation If you are going for cancellation they will give 3 months post dated cheque After 3months i have deposited the cheque i got bounced for twice Please be careful

Thanks god..!!! I had given check but my sixth sense told me to cancel the booking, so I stopped the check online before they took the money... My money saved..!!!
