Hi, I have booked a 3BHK flat in Sneh Project in Oct 2016 with 5 Lakhs as down payment. After knowing the fraud, i cancelled it and was told that I will get the amount refund after 120 days as per MOU. But when I went office to get the amount, no one was available to respond and came to know many more people were there like me. They have cheated more people like this. I have to get the money back.
