I booked flat in shloka 1 in HSR lay out cost was 28 lakhs with 30/40 feet plot in Kamakura as bonus, I deposited initial amount 30% that is 8 lakhs 40 thousand and got officially recipe, after 6 months found litigation board in the said plot, when I approached the official who assured me every time it is a dispute among land Lords waited 20 months, finally put the cancellation letter in August 2016 and got post dated cheque of 120 days that is 31 December 2016, when.
