I have booked a 3 bedroom apartment with the builder, dreamz infra by paying 15 lakhs in september 2015. Paid 15 lakhs by 3 cheques. They said the project will complete in 18 months. As the project did not start and i cancelled it april 2016. They gave me postdated cheque and when i deposited the accounts dept called us not deposit the cheque due to insufficient balance!. It bounced. This builder is a cheater. Will file a criminal case sec 138, section 417 and section 420 and a case in consumer court. This builder needs disciplinary action.
