It's my sincere advice not to buy property here. The land documents will not be clear. All other approvals from BBMP were managed temporarily by bribing them. And they never keep their promise on Staying the project or finishing it. The quality of the construction is pathetic. Visit any of their project and observe the Quality you will know. And finally Once you give money to them its not returnable. I am behind them for my canceled booking amount from past 17 months.

Did you get your money back. They had to give it us last month, but agin the cheque has bounced.Its been over 6 months now.Lets all join together and file a complaint.
