Dreamz Infra India Limited — Failure to develop project and refuns money - Refund cheques dishonoured again and again

I too am a customer & victim of your company. dreamz infra india pvt ltd - bangalore.

Customer : i have purchased a 3 bhk flat in the project named " dreams samip - vishvapriya layout" for inr14.5 lakhs (100% paid) through 5 cheques - 2 cheques for 50k each, 1 cheque for 100k, 1 cheque for 600k and 1 cheque for 650k) your company in apr 2014. had to cancel the booking since no progress was shown on land purchase-registration despite giving me 3 commitment letters part from the mom given on payment of full amount. one more strong reason was a confirmation from the current land owner that the agreement/ mom with dreamz being canceled.

Victim : crms used to change every 15 days to 1 month. not proper-rude response from them. every commitment letter give not being honored.
Finally, have canceled the booking in apr 2015 (mr jagdeesh and lokesh srinivas - one of the director was involved in discussions during cancellation). i was promised that an interest of 18% pa would be paid incase of cancellation, while booking the flat by your then crm-dypt. gm ms. shatparni. but on cancelation was paid and interest of 12% after a lot of discussions & bargaining.
8 pdcs (bank of india cheques) totaling inr 15.96 lakhs (with interest) was issued (by ms. neetu) dating 21th june to 30th june 2015 was issued.. the same was dishonored by bank stating insufficient funds.

I approached dreamz – ms. neetu, mr. amarnath reddy. this time 9 pdcs (sbi, corporation bank and rbl cheques) totaling to inr 16.39 lakhs (with delay charges) was given dating 21st july to 31st july.
Again the cheques were dishonored, despite following the suggestions given by mr. amarnath reddy on cheques deposit.

I approached dreamz again –mr. amarnath reddy. this time i was promised to be paid a dd of inr 1 lakh each day starting 3rd aug 2015. but got only 1 dd for inr 1 lakh till date.

I have made over 50 visits to your dreamz office.
Your staff starting from ms. neetu, mr. amarnath reddy, mr. jadgeesh, the director himself mr. lokesh srinivas are rude and mostly misbehave (verbally) with us.

Pls understand that the money paid is my hard earned money and savings of over 12 years.

As the c & md can you pls ensure that the amount due to me is paid at the by 14th aug 2015, along with promised interest and delay charges.
