Sir, I am following with Dreamz Infra from a long time for refund of Rs7.50 Lac against cancellation of booked flat in Sadan Project in the name of my wife Neetu Tiwari booked in the Year 2015. It is now more than of 5 months of cancellation and also received cheque dated 10/09/2016, but get a call from them that not to present case as no fund available in the account and they promised me to pay amount through Demand Draft... since that time i am following them but no proper response received.
