Dreamz Infra India — Sadan project cancellation cheque bounced and builder refusing refund | |||||
Hi Please look into my complaint to address my concern of builder refusing to return my money and not honouring the mou. [1] builder: dreamz infra india ltd [2] amount paid: 10, 92, 500 over 4 cheques from sbi, from a period of 26/6/2014 to 11/9/2014 [3] subsequently an mou and sale agreement were signed, with the agreement that the project will be delivered in 18 months from the date of booking. i have originals of these documents with me [4] the project is delayed and even now it is not started, with the reason that they have not got approval from bbmp yet [5] i cancelled the booking in the month of december-2015, and as per mou they should return the full amount in 120 days. i got a post dated cheque dated 13/5/2016 [6] this cheque bounced with the reason of insufficient funds, and when i informed the same to them they gave an assurance letter stating that the amount will be paid in dd/rtgs by 23/6/2016. this has not happened and they still delay it with the reason that funds are not available. they refuse to attend calls from my side and when i visit their office they postpone the payment by 1 week everytime. I was looking for 3 BHK Apartment near to Whitefield, Bangalore from last one month. I visited so many real estate portal sites like Quikr, Indian Property and Magic Bricks and I prepared a list of around 10-15 good builders in Bangalore and I contacted them also. I visited their office too. But I was not acquiescent. Then at last I came to Know about Dreamz Gk Infra on last Saturday via message. I visited their online website and I checked their price, it was affordable for me. I took their office number and I called to Dreamz Gk Infra office. At that time nobody picked my call. Again I tried then at last Stella received my call and she told me about Amenities, Project Specification and other features also. I told her once I want to visit Dreamz Gk Infra office. Then I visited Dreamz Gk Infra office and met with their sales executive. I went for site visit of Project “Dreamz Siddhi” in Whitefield. I liked the project location but the only one thing is that they are still waiting for approval. They told me that they will get approval next week. I liked their way of courtesy and way of handling customers and their price also, it’s under my budget. Now I am thinking whether I book a flat with Dreamz Gk Infra or I will wait for their project approval. I am waiting for the project approval.

I want to purchase a flat, please let me know, this company is fraud in realty business.
