Some common complaints from many of the customers:
i) They are rude to & mentally harass customers for payment.
ii) they do not accept any phone calls.
iii) They threaten that the money will not be refunded and ask us not to present the cheques to bank for remittance.

Me too facing the same issue. I have booked the Shloka-1 Project by Oct 2013 stating that Project will be handed over by 2015 1st Qtr without any delay since considering maximum time period of 20 months. As of now there is no sign of project start up. At start of this year i was able to communicate to their mangement persons (GM & DGM - got their number after frequent fight with their Customer representatives), tried convincing a lot since am an NRI. Stated they will start to pay me the Renatl of 1% to the amount i have paid so far from Oct 2015 on quarterly basis. But after that there is no repsonse for my Calls as well E-mails. When i have contacted the Customer Representative (almost 10 persons has been changed within time of booking till date- there is no proper single focal points) & asked for cancellation, she too tried convincing me alot stating the project will start within two months(May or Jun) withoutfail since all the clearance are ready from Govt. At point of time she knows that am not convinced, she has informed that they can arrange for Project Cancellation and able to take a Cheque to the entire amount on my next visit to INDIA ( to their office).
But the Blogs & Reviews goging through here makes me to feel that even taking their Cheque is just an piece of Paper with no value. Kinldy let us join our hands together & fight for our right & stress faced by this bullish who doesn't have any business ethics!!!
