Dreamz Infra ltd — bouncing of cheque

sir, , I have paid 8.5 lakhs to Dreamz Infra Pvt Ltd in Dreamz sarovar project in May 2014 they promise me to give the possession in 18 months but till date no construction even necessary approval has been taken by them i apply for withdrawal from their project in 06 Nov 14 and they have given me three post-dated cheque dated of 12, 13 & 14 Feb 15 (of Rs 8.5 Lakhs) of SBI Kormangala Branch but all the cheque was bounced (as the account was closed on 23 Dec 14). I and my wife personnley meet Mr Lokesh, Mr Rajesh regarding this but till dated they did not give positve reply to me sir, kindly help me to get my hard earn money back. As I serving solder and after having such a mental tension for loosing such a big amount I am unable to discharge my duty (to safe guard mother Nation) kindly help me. regards, PK Jha Mobile- [protected]
