[Resolved]  Dreamz Infra — PDC cheque for cancellation amount getting bounce multiple times

Really scary... Dreamz Infra is real Fraud... Saw their flats @ Sneh near ORR Panathur road.. Was going to book 4 flats along with my friends... Thanks for this review.. my money is now safe :)

yes, this same case happened with me and my siser too and when I read these reviews and asked whats the matter, they told its the conspiracy of some brokers so I booked and paid two lakhs and now I filled up the cancelation form of dreamz infra and they r telling that we will get post dated cheque of 3 months but my lawyer now s telling that what chq I m going to get after 15 days, is surely going to get bounced and now we are worried as we took the money from someone and we have to return it. also, we cant live in rented houses as owners behaviour is alwayz bad wherever we buy in bangalore so we planned to buy our own house as we were terribly needy but now we are in their trap. and I want to clarify one thing that when they come to you to take some cheque they request it to fill themselves and want to fill it and we think its their courtesy but they fill it up in their own way and its always non account payee and they go and get it cleared and I got informed when I saw it got cleared the next day morning. we were astonished.

thugs of the century... dreams ekadant i visited in June 2012, that time they said in two years it will be given. In that time, even small builders have constructed and given back the houses. These thugs again re launched the same apartment 6 months. They are thieves. I was planning to invest in their project in ekadant and in silk ground. Good that i did not invested in.

Even I booked a flat in Dreamz Saakar, on July 10th 2014. They told me that they are in the process to the approval from BBMP. But then I get to know about one customer who had booked the flat in same project and he had booked in the month of feb, to him also they said, they will get the approval in one month and now its more than 6 months. I have given them 1 lakhs as the booking amount.

We all should unite and form a group and raise our voice to get our hard earned money back. Then only they will entertain us, if we will go alone, they may cheat us with bounced cheque.

I have cancelled my booking and I have to get the money back. Please let us get united and show them the power o[censored]nity.

Finally I got my money back after sending legal notice and filing criminal case against them. I had to even involve police and got back my money last week. Multiple bounce cheque made my case stronger and once I sent the notice, they had no option but to pay me my money with interest.

sarthak ji, how did u get ur money back, and how much cost u spent for that and was there any trouble in court case?

i m scared when will I get my money back.

1. Send a legal notice (either you can draft it or seek a lawyer's help)
2. In the notice, ask them to give you full amount with interest/lawyer's fees in DD or cadh. No cheques!
3. Mention that you will wait for 7-10 days to hear from them or else you are going ahead with criminal case (420 - cheating and 138 cheque bounce).

-This should be sufficient and you can expect to get a reply notice from Dreamz lawyer to come and collect the DD amicably on so and so date...

Just inform them 2/1 days in advance that you are coming to their office on so and so date to collect DD/cash.

4. If they don't comply on the noticed date above, go for a police complaint based on 420 - cheating to nearest police station.

Belongs to cancellation department) has told me on phone to come and collect the cash after the cheque got bounced thrice on 14th Aug 2014 . I am a little worried about going to Dreamz office to collect an amount of 3 lakh in cash as this is weird for any organization to settle such a big amount in cash and "what if they snatch the cheque out of my hand when i go there ." I am putting this on this Forum as a safety measure . I am going to collect the cash today(14/8/2014) and as a safety measure incase if i don't post a comment saying i received my money or i dint by 16th aug, please take it up to the cops in the next 2 days and show them this post .

Just recieved 1 Lakh out of 3 lakh in cash . Rajesh from the cancellation department said that he will be settling the money this wednesday . Hope this time they settle the balance money .

They had given me a cheque for amount 98000 dated 07/11/2014. This has got dishonoured. I am going to file a police compliant, if anyone interested, can join me.

Another victim in Swadesh Can we form a group, can we go together & talk on the issues with them, either money refund or will ask to start the construction, one of the complaint i saw is that the land is not registered to their name. This is scary, From last 1.5 years they were saying for approval, but not registered is something undigestible.

The only way to get your money back from Dreamzgk is to file a criminal case against them for cheque bounce. Don't think twice, file it immediately after the cheque bounce and that's exactly what i've done... another option is to goto media like times now and other local tv channels who can expose them to the outside world...let's join together to lodge a PIL against the firm...things are in progress in these lines...if they can't pay up the money owed to customers let him declare insolvency and goto jail like subrato roy.
...why should they take customers to the cleaners...they are nothing short o[censored]nscrupulous elements who have amassed illegal wealth by sucking customers' money.
