[Resolved] Dreamz Infra — please don't buy, they are frauds & cheaters | |||
We have booked flat in Whitefield from dearmz.given 1 lakh as advance.they are insisting for 2nd payment as they did not get approval from BDA, BBMP etc...but they want us to pay the 2nd payment. Calling us daily & irritating us to give money We heard few negative feed backs from their previous customers. If we cancel they will not give us our money back We are cancelling the booking Please my humble request don't fall in their trap.they are cheaters and no 1 frauds. i heard they gave given cheque to some person and it got bounced twice. yes, its true, the same happened with us also and we booked after that we got to know that they dont give money back. also they keep on asking money without reason and u have to give as I[censored] dont give the money what they ask, they tell that u didnt pay the asked amount on time so ur loan is not approved or something like that.so pls be careful.also, they fill up ur cheque requesting us but that they fill according to them what they want as they dont get the a/c payee cheque and next day they get it clearred and their land is not at all approved and there is no chance to get it approved. my lawyer has lot of pending cases against dreamz gk. I got astonished and became very very sad as soon my lawyer told me that why did u book ur flat there. even they dont give ur money back and tell that u will get cheque after 15 days and that will b post dated cheque of 3months gap. and it gets bounce. its true.dont know who is doing all these and who is after ths big cheating.
you are not gonna get the money. thats for sure. Please do read other peoples experience's in the same forum. Please do go to a lawyer immediately. Do know that the cheque which is currently with you MUST NEVER be returned to dreamz gk and also there is a 3month period after which you wont get money even after putting a case.

138 Dishonour of cheque for insufficiency, etc., of funds in the account. Where any cheque drawn by a person on an account maintained by him with a banker for payment of any amount of money to another person from out of that account for the discharge, in whole or in part, of any debt or other liability, is returned by the bank unpaid, either because of the amount of money standing to the credit of that account is insufficient to honour the cheque or that it exceeds the amount arranged to be paid from that account by an agreement made with that bank, such person shall be deemed to have committed an offence and shall, without prejudice to any other provisions of this Act, be punished with imprisonment for 19 [a term which may be extended to two years], or with fine which may extend to twice the amount of the cheque, or with both

Yes, you will promptly get ur refund cheque but only thing is that it will definitely get bounced...
