I was convinced to book a project in Dreamz Sai Sagar last year. I paid almost 9 Lacs as cash. They said within a month registration will be completed and collected another lac from me. But more than a year no progress in the project so as per MOU I asked for a refund and with more tough approach I got 2 cheque date 4th and 5th Sep 2015. Both the cheque got bounced. I had other commitments assuming the amount would reach me. Now I am in legal obligation with other banks. I want my full money to be settled in a week. Else I might be under serious problems. I am aproaching Lawyer and media personals on the same.

i dont understand how u people got cheated by this company. Sir before investing to any company please do search on the internet. i have worked in this company for three months and i came to know to know to that sai sagar project they are selling from last three years, and no flat are left in this project but still they are selling to innocent people. and i 100% sure that for the next three years they are not going to start this project. their Strategy is to Sell flats as much as possible even no flats are left.

Booking at Dreamz Sampoorna

I booked a 2BHK flat in Dreamz Sampoorna last month but now I am doubting wheather this project is passed by BBMP or not. Please send me if anyone knows about this project.
