Hi, I booked flat in simantha project hosa road, on sep 2013 on booking time i make a loan with interest rate and all gold was sold on booking time, they are give that much of pressure. but still not getting approval, and they was told me next...next ...next but still not getting and so many commitment letter as given after that i given refund letter on August 2015, they was told me after 3 to 4 months getting your money, after receiving cancellation letter, 10 days getting Post dated cheque. dated 3 months 20 days, after that i submit cheque to bank that was in fund not available, than go and ask to people they was told me i will need 1 month that is also not guarantee... My some of amount of Rs.8, 40, 000/- Please help me somebody Kindly request you please...

I also getting same problem, i also booked same project on oct 2013 cancelled on Aug 2015 but still not getting refund amount, pls help me also flat no.10

refund amount around 7, 80, 000/- it is pending.

I visited couple of projects in vidyaranyapura, they told they will start the construction in a month. its been a year, not even a single stone has moved so far.

Hi,

They were giving assured but not progress...my advise is don't wait take a refund and if any problem go legal action.

don't ask anybody.
