Booked a flat in Sep 2013 at Dreamz Sneh paid 60% of the flat price so far In Jun, I get to know that the 4th floor is not approved for construction Jul 1st they agreed to return the amount gave me PDCs beteen Oct 6th and 16th and they all bounced Made me run for my money and kept giving me stories finally i have to lodge a complaint at State Consumer disputes redressal forum Nov 10th was the hearing and a notice is being issued for payment The longer the delay, the higher the interest amount In a day or 2, i receive a copy of the notice, I shall publish the story in the news papers This is not at all my intent of resolving the isue. But I am forced. I have given enough opportunities. I pleaded them, demanded them but they were not empathetic to my situation. Neither shall I be.
