After being customer for many years this is their reality - harrasment by service engineer and Drinkprime support team😡😡😡😡
1) i have unused water of 2100 ltrs for which i paid money..multiple times told them for a single person the plan rate needs to be adjusted but they are forcing me to donate water or buy the purifier!
2) it's been 15 days i have raised multiple tickets, wrote on social media, called them - they don't care to contact instead they are sending the person to uninstall the device forcefully by making the service engineer call multiple times.
3) They force you to recharge even if you are not in town with torture calls and their recharge is valid from the date of recharge date not expiry date- you are at total loss with this trick!
Once you subscribe you are at their mercy - you need to agree to their terms and the deposit is stuck..
