Drink prime water purifier company is a fraud company. Despite recharging every month on a repeated basis, the machine doesn't sync.. for atleast a day after recharge.
When called, their customer support Will make customers wait for over 30 mins or more. They will call back via ivrs to ask if the issue is resolved but won't assign any agent to resolve the issue. The customer is left frustrated after making the payment and still has to pay for bottled water because their faulty machine won't sync.
