DTDC — Consignment no. X12213042 not delivered from a long time and status changed to Delivered

My consignment was sent by Peopleskart with docket number X12213042. Since 1.5 months the status is showing as "In-transit". I am regularly trying to call on given numbers but no one is responding. Suddenly the status is changed to "Delivered" This type of negligence is not expected from DTDC. Request you to deliver the consignment.
