DTDC — Consignment not delivered after 8 days- Con.No, H44264545

A consignment was sent to me by USIEF, Hyderabad on 19 th May 2015.It was to be delivered by DTDC Balasore office. But it has not reached me till today. The DTDC tracking shows that it is still in transit with Bhadrak office. I contacted Bhadrak office, they replied that they have not received it. I tried to contact Balasore office, but their mobile no. given in website is not in service and the phone no is ringing but no reply. The DTDC office in Balasore station road has shifted to some other place. Something must be done urgently to deliver the consignment. It was too urgent.
