Sir, I am Sovan Ghosh, I ordered a product from whaaky.co.in via online purchase though debit card..they sent my product though your courier, the consignment number is "Z64440725"..and it came to sreerampur office on 24aug..i had a call from this said office and said to me that because of my residing address is not under your delivery area, I have to collect the percel from my nearest office.. And I said him to sent my percel to Chinsurah office.. And they said that my product will send to my said office on 25th and given the number of the Chinsurah office and asked to keep in touch to the office.. But even after 29th aug, the product not came, I call to Sreerampur office.. And its a big shock that they said that my product was returned (even there was no update after received to Sreerampore office till 31th aug, you can check it)..I don't understand that how this can happen, how you returned my percel with out my consent??
My delivery address is Vill+po pawnan, p.s polba, dist HOOGHLY, PIN 712305 and my ph number is [protected], another reference number number is [protected]..
I have a nice experience with your service earlier..but this time it's a painful experience.. And I still believe in your service..so please, re-forward my article to Chinsurah office and that is M/S New Bhanga-Gora, Akhonbazar, Chinsurah, 712101..
