My consignment number is z85761277 has been booked from meerut on 16th april, 2016 to be delivered in jaipur. Through tracking its showing it has been reached in jaipur on 18th april, 2016. After that is has not been reached to my address. I have tried to reach the contact numbers provided on the website but none are working. The consignment carries solar charge controller. It is very important for my work. Even i tried to submit a complaint on the website but it also does not work.

dtdc company has called me. i am sorry i could not save the number. after 2 days of registering complaint they sent me the courier to my address. thank you.
