[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel missing | |||||
Pod: b36044102 Recipients name: k. vasudha Senders name: shanu (praveen) The above shippment was booked on 21-sep-2016, and we have contacted customer care, booking center, warrangal branch and all we get is "parcel is missing" On average we booked around 130-140 parcel every month in dtdc, avenue road, bangalore branch, average, 2-3 parcel will be missing or damage every month and because of this we have tried to explain the booking branch and customer care repeatedly but it seems none of them or bothered about their customer issues, and all they want is money. Regards to customer service, it has gone to toss When we speak at booking center, they just say we have passed the messages to concerned department and we cannot do much more than, our job is to book and not to take care of parcels until it is delivered and if you want please go and check on your own. !!! what is this? is this is what you guys care of your customers? Email: [protected]@gmail.com Above is my mail id, if someone is bothered in dtdc company i want you guys to contact me and resolve the issue, else i'm ready to waste time on this and file a suit on consumer court. Aug 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved No Steps were taken and I have not got any resolution, instead I'm getting spam emails and harassment calls DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
