Complaint marked as Resolved The cargo finally reached on 07/06/2016, exactly a month after it was booked. I had to send an ID proof and a Declaration to their Bangalore Office mail ID. Still am not happy about the fact that DTDC did not inform or intimate me the details eventhough my cargo had reached their Bangalore hub on May 17th and was being held there from then on for lack of proper papers, which again was not asked for at the time of booking. Had I waited for them to initiate communication, the cargo would still be undelivered.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
