Respected Sir/Madam,

I wanted to send a parcel to my brother who is located in Chickmagalore district Koppa Taluk. I Couriered the same on August 17th from Bangalore but till now it has not been reached to the destination nor returned. I have beenb tracking the document but no updates after 18th august? so I am feared that whether my product has been lost? I have tried to contact your authorities in phone no:[protected] (I dont no his name) from past 3-4 days but still not able to recieve back my courier.
