Posted my parcel on Friday 14th Oct. Thereafter it has been more than 3 days and still it has not reached its destination. People will not cooperate with you no matter what. Very poor service. Not happy at all. We tried to track the parcel through SMS.
But we got a very odd response that the parcel is out for delivery.
Very bad. Will not recommend it to anyone

I booked one item through DTDC. My Booking date was 09th Jul'16. But still they didn't deliver my item. Even I didn't got any phone call also. Can you please let me know who is responsible for this or Can I get my item return back or not?
