DTDC Courier & Cargo — 2720540 Issue D84127546

I supposed to get a parcel bearing tracking no :D84127546, with out delivering delivery boy marked his ledger as delivered with someone information's who even not sure about the package. DTDC customer care person without resolution closing the ticket. As a customer I didn’t receive parcel, delivery boy is the cult pit, he himself signed and added phone number of someone. How can ticket close without resolution, i have requested delivery boy mobile number not yet shared.
delivery boy didn't delivered parcel, but showing someone name and number in your record ( who is not in our family), since two week i am trying to reach customer care. without resolution how can ticket will close?
