DTDC Courier & Cargo — Air Pods Undelivered

This is a query posted to you on behalf of my friend Sai Prasad. His grand father submitted a courier to Chityala Dtdc Agent on 23 September 2020 and by 25th September it had received Vijayawada apex as per the tracker information;. The tracking Number is H20606977, with booking date 23/9/2020.
Sai Prasad, (the beneficiary) reaching Vijayawada hub via call from 27/09/2020 so many times but there is no result and the efforts went in vain. Then he had sent a person to Vijayawada Apex on 7th October having lot of discussions with chityala dtdc courier agent.
The customer care person told that the courier was sent to rajahmundry and they forgot to update the same in the tracker. Then I went to rajahmundry head office thrice to DTDC but no use at all.
Customer Care person has given me the personal contact number ([protected]) to call for further details and he told me that he will extract the CCTVI footage but even I had not received that too.
Submitting all the status here for your kind information.
Later on 10/10/2020 he went to dtdc Vijayawada apex and after talking to manager he told that withtin 2 days he will check the cc TV footage and if he doest find that he told us to submit a claim form at chityala dtdc branch and he willl pursue the matter. I tried to call the contact person so many times but he says i am on leave and he told me to process for claim so the seperate team will check.
Afte that when I had checked the status of the shipment i tracker to my surprise it says the shipment was delivered .
So I had again vistied Vijayawada branch o 17/10 after seeing that status I tried to contact the Vijayawada branch. Before that I contacted the person in charge (Sai -[protected]) he told he is still on leave and he will reach office by 19/10/2020.
Now I want to know how can they change the status of the shipment to a past date.
All my travels, and everything went on vain and even contacted here for my solution, but there is no result.
I am asking you to take a firm step in getting my things or get me a refund and also my travels expenses through car which troubled me a lot and got mental tension.

So far no action has been initiated, can you help us in filing a case in the court of law for this issue or you feel they will take prompt action to solve the case...
