Respected sir,
With due respect, I would like to bring to your knowledge the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. The parcel was sent on 6th oct 2020(A[protected] from surat stating for home delivery and assured that it will be made @ doorstep with the total payment of 90/- as shipping charge . On 12th oct it reached dtdc vaniyamkulam and i received a call from there as my parcel was reached. And i told them that the location which is near to the office is less than 500mts. Asap I got the reply that they won't deliver to doorstep as everyone is picking from their hub even offices and other business parcels. As i was in quarantine, i was not able to get there, as a reason i told them even paying their shipping charge y can't u people deliver it. they strictly told me that they never do delivery . And at last i told my father who was aged above 50 to go and collect from there. and when he collected he questioned them you can't deliver, the answer from the agents was for a single piece they won't do. if this is the service from your concerned offices, i have to file a complaint in the court. HOPE you will do the necessary inorder to avoid the future such issues, such a poor service I haven't come across . Even dtdc ottapalam which is 5kms away used to deliver us, this is such a poor service.
I hope that the courier company will try to improve its delivery services, so the incident is not repeated.
