Sir/Ma'am,
I am Parvindar Singh a musician, maker and founder of Swarlay (a music instrument making venture) from Nagpur. I'm writing to complain about the mis-handling of a parcel that I had sent to my client in Bhirbhum, West Bengal.
The parcel was damaged beyond repair. It contained a Cajon(musical instrument) in a bag. I am enclosing images of the ruined instrument. While parceling it I had mentioned that it comes under fragile items, yet it was damaged. When complained at the local office in Nagpur, they said that it is not their fault and that it was not their responsibility. I would like to know how a delivery company can say that the safe and sound delivery of an item is not their responsibility!!? They did not even mention that insurance had to be made.
I used to be a regular customer at your company. Now, I am definitely never trusting your methods ever again. Deeply saddened by this incident. My client was really disappointed and now you have a disappointed client too.
I would like to get it touch with you on how to get my refund on this order. Please let me know the procedure.
Hope you look into this matter as I'm sure you won't want to lose any more customers due to mis-handling.
