DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment got delayed for more than 17 days and the contact person is not picking up the call. Consignment No :[protected].

Hi Team,

The Consignment No :[protected] was picked on 9th May 2022 and about to Reach Hyderabad by mostly 21st of May but as of today it didn't reach here and the contact person is not picking up the call and on the website it is showing it is still in vijayawada on 23rd of May. Kindly look into it and let me or else we are bound to escalate the matter to the higher Authorities.
