This is with regards to consignment no. K64985582. It was shipped from Guwahati on 5th December 2023. It was to be delivered in Bangalore. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer care we get no response from the team. We are put on hold with the promise of providing information but every time the call is disconnected after being put on hold.
Promises are made saying "a callback from the backend team has been arranged". However, we receive no calls whatsoever. Finally a lady named Amudha L gets in touch. She says the whole lot of multiple parcels are missing and they cannot track it. She asks for 2 days' time. We patiently wait but no callback is made to us. Every time we call the lady up she says she's working on the case but fails to provide us with any kind of resolution or any information about my package. She asks us to share the invoice and details of the contents of the package. We have shared all requested details over email.
Finally the lady also stopped responding and receiving our calls.
My package contains clothing items and the value of the same is Rs. 19, 800/-. I want compensation for the item that DTDC has lost. Please compensate me for the same. I am distressed with DTDC and the harassment and pain it has caused me.
