We had send urgent package containing parts with our tax invoice for rs.9330 against CN Z98192590 on 10th september. The dtdc website does not show status after 12th sep showing arrival in jammu and we have spoken to every single person at dtdc mayapuri and they are just delaying the matter by giving frivolous reasons. This material is urgently required by customer at the airport but no feedback by dtdc. Dtdc is giving very poor service and nobody is bothered about my or my customers problems and losses. Please take up the matter with DTDC and help early delivery of material.
