DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment not delivering and showing entry restricted (otr)

1. I have booked consignment from jamshedpur to bangalore bearing tracking id D28683253 and as per last update on 19 june 2023, it shows that the consignment was out for delivery but local holiday (Otr).

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across bangalore but all the members are careless and rude nature.

3. I tried calling official customer care number of dtdc also but in vain.. Waited for almost an hour but no one attended the call.

4. Atleast contact the customer when you are out for delivery. Today also showing out for delivery but it wasn't delivered showing local holiday OTR.

5.Please deliver the package to the corresponding address immediately, it's very urgent. I am struggling for last 4 days for my package.
