Hi, I bought eye glasses from lenskart on 27th September and the last update by dtdc courier is ‘Consignment Redirected’. They had redirected the consignment without re-attempting the delivery. It has been 4 days since the courier redirected the consignment and there are no further updates from them. Kindly look into this ASAP. Thank you.
