DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment sending to wrong destination and terrible customer care response

I sent a Consignment through DTDC with the consignment number of R39122777 from Ponnani branch to Sikkim on[protected] that contains a pair of shoes. The stated above package is an Amazon order and should have delivered before[protected]. The DTDC Representives had booked the package to wrong direction(Cochin) even though the Address and pincode on my package is of Sikkim.

I contacted DTDC Customer support several times to notify this issue, They assured to redirect the package but haven't done that till now. It's been more than 10 days i have been constantly contacting them to redirect the package but they are breaking their promises every time.
Currently the package is at Cochin for the last 7 days and haven't redirected towards the correct location till now.
I am an Ecommerce seller and now tired of such terrible service that DTDC put forth
