DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment undelivered

Address:At post kolgaonthadi Tal Kopargaon Dist Ahmednagar Maharashtra-423602

My courier no D85577264 was "out for delivery" from 30th of November 2020 but it wasn't delivered. After two days i.e on 2nd Dec 2020 till today it is showing status as "Consignment redirected" (Last mile misroute-otr). It was booked on 26th of November and still I haven't received it yet. What should I do ?
