DTDC Courier & Cargo — Contents of the courier stolen

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday we sent a courier to Chandigarh from Jalandhar, Punjab vide awb number T12633654. It was a small box and was adequately packed and taped with a brown tape.The contents of the same were bubble wrapped in the box for additional protection in transit. The same was delivered today. It was taped with a red DTDC tape on the bottom part.. After the same was opened it was found that all contents from the box were taken out or in other words they were stolen. PFA. Who taped the box on the bottom part with the red DTDC tape? Why was the same done? On whose authority was the same done? Why weren't we as consignor's notified about the same beforehand? Where are the products sent in the package? Who took them out? Can you share the number of the delivery person? Kindly look into this on priority basis.
